  What shall we do ,if we need to get our logos branded onto caps?

Just attach and email your logos in PDF or JPG format, and advise us accordingly the pantone colors, logo size and location you prefer, so we can treat them via embroidery, imprint or other ways of decoration.

  Price is a sensitive topic, how do you comment on your price level?

We believe in "Good Quality, Good Price". Middle price level with higher standard of quality is our policy, we'd like to establish the long-term and stable business relations with our clients .

 

  Do you have any better way to quicken the delivery time ?

 

We won't start the mass production until client approves the pre-production samples, so confirming samples earlier will certainly save lots of time. Base on the preivous practice, if the customers changed their mind during time of sampling or once the original sample's finished, the revised samples will take even more time. so please ensure that there're no misunderstandings between us from very beginning.

Our production department arranges for orders in strict rotation of arrival time of T/T deposit or L/C .The sooner your payment reaches us ,the shorter the delivery would be made .

 

  What is your policy of samples ?

 

Our caps and hats are becoming more popular and everyday there're so many customers who ask for free samples, our sample policy is all samples (less than 3 pcs, ready-made stock) are free of charge ,but we have to ask customers to bear express charges, samples would be sent out to you immediately via FREIGHT COLLECT as soon as we received your company's express account number.

 

  What is your usual term of payment?

 

For orders with value less than USD 20K, 30% deposit T/T before production, 70% balance T/T against copy of B/L

For orders with value more than USD 20K, T/T at sight

For our regular clients with supreme reputation, it's OK to pay us 30 days after shipment

 

  Do you have a good team involved in designing caps and hats?

 

Yes, we launch new collection of products every single year and periodically update our website and catalogue with new items.

  How do you control product quality?

 

We have the professional QC Staffs, we mainly focus our attention on 4 processes:

 

A: To check the bulk fabrics’ quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light, etc.

B: To check the logos’ production, such as embroidery thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc.

C: To check the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachement, etc.

D: To check, before packaging, the finished caps and hats after steam ironing

 

  What is your standard packing for standard baseball caps?

 
25 pieces per poly bag and inner box, 6 inners per master carton = 150 pieces, 58*45*48cm, Est. G.W./CTN=15 KGS

25 pieces per poly bag and inner box, 8 inners per master carton = 200 pieces, 57*42*65cm, Est. G.W./CTN=20 KGS

  What is your option on small orders ?

 

250 pieces per colorway, but we must use the availalbe stock fabric with alternative color

 

   How about your lead time to make sample? How about sample charge?

Generally 7 business days to make sample. Sample fee is USD 80.00 including shipping freight. For ready-made samples in stock, free of charge, but client has to pay express fee (Freight Collect); We charge clients for developing new sample (custom-made sample), but this charge's refundable, in case of physical order

   What is your shipping methods?

By ocean, by Air (we are located in the beautiful seaside city of Qingdao, which has advanced communication and transportation facilities by land, sea and air. 1 hour to Qingdao seaport, 40 minutes to Qingdao airport)
